CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN This Corrective Action Plan summarizes the critical violations(rated D in the completed Audit Questionnaire)and non-conformities(rated C).hese findings are valid for the site/date-s covered by the audit and are subject to the limited number of interviews and documentary checks imposed by time constraints,as well as the accuracy of data and information provided by the factory.

Reliable and sustainable implementation of corrective actions are crucial for the continual improvements.
